Located in a small sub-soi just past the Meridien President Hotel and the Telephone Organisation. Used to be called Adonis 1. Fairly small, quiet, fairly down-market, not many western customers, but has small steam, sauna, video room, etc. Coffee shop has limited Thai food only. Admission 150 - 170 Baht. Open 4:00 - 11:00 weekdays, 01:00 - 11:00 weekends and holidays.

World famous sauna, and certainly the best in Bangkok. Has a good restaurant, coffee shop, roof-top terrace bar, sauna, steam, spa, gym, movie room, and maze. Food (Thai and western) and drink selection is very good and prices are reasonable. Popular with Thais, expats and visitors. Admission 180 Baht during the week and 200 Baht on weekends and holidays. Opens from midday till 11:00 on weekdays and till 12:00 on weekends.

An elegant new sauna right in the heart of the Silom business and gay district - it is in the tower above Robinson on the corner of Silom and Rama 4 (use the entrance and elevator in Rama 4). Has a coffee shop and restaurant (mostly Thai food, but will be expanding selection), sauna, steam, gym, aroma room, etc. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Admission 180 Baht (140 Bht before 5:00 PM). Opens from 3:00 PM till midnight every day.

Bangkok's newest sauna, conveniently located just off Silom (Mahesak Rd is the one opposite the Holiday Inn). Go up to the 4th floor using the elevator on the right, behind the furniture shop (look for the Heaven sign). Has a coffee shop, sauna, large steam, gym, videos, etc. Rooftop spa opening soon. Friendly staff. Admission 160 Baht. Opens from 3:00 PM till 1:00 AM every day.

Very nicely done in a converted house. Has a restaurant (mainly Thai food), bar, sauna, steam, outside pool and deck, gym and maze. Younger Thai crowd, fewer westerners than Babylon. Admission 170 Baht, 190 Baht Friday and Saturday. Open 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM Sunday to Thursday and open midday till 6:00 AM on Friday and Saturday.

On 10 floors in a converted apartment building, fortunately it has a lift otherwise climbing the stairs would get boring! Has a restaurant (mainly Thai food), karaoke room, rooftop bar, sauna, inside and rooftop(!) steam and spa, gym and maze. Mixed Thai crowd, fewer westerners. Admission 200 - 220 Baht. Open 3:00 - 11:00 weekdays and open till 12:00 on weekends.
